Keeping the Kids Occupied in the Car

So as we set out on this journey their will several 11+ hour driving days. As I share with people about our trip one of the first questions that they ask is "how old are your kids?" I know what their thinking. "All those long drives, they are going to be driving each other and you crazy." But I have a plan here it is.


I am going to encourage the kids to do the following on every long trip that we have:
Read (1hr)
Play games (1hr)
Watch a movie (2hrs)
Take a nap (1hr)
Do some crafts/projects (1hr)
Do a devotional/quiet time (20min)
Play video games (1.5hrs)
Listen to music (1hr)
Plan our upcoming activities (30min)
Watch Tv shows (1hr)
The Quiet Game (40 min of wishful thinking)
Total: 11 hours
