My name is Jared Sorber, and I created this website to share some of the things that matter most to me, including family, marriage, reconciliation, cultural intelligence, missions, cross-cultural effectiveness, and impacting the next generation.
With over 25 years of multicultural ministry experience, I continue to impact the lives of families as a pastor at Bridgeway Community Church. I am working to create resources that help parents and churches teach the next generation how to combat racism and unite as the body of Christ. I have Ph.D. in Social Research (The Integration of Religion and Society), with my dissertation focusing on multicultural church attendees' Cultural Intelligence (CQ) and response to racism. I am also a professor at Omega Graduate School (TN), primarily teaching cross-cultural dynamics.
